Open Question: Transferring into McGill University....What are my chances of being accepted (international U.S.A)?

Hi, I'm currently a freshman at the University of Illinois-Chicago majoring in Biology (pre-med). My GPA currently is a 3.9 and I volunteer at the University of Illinois Medical Center working with children with cancer. I'm going to apply as a transfer to McGill because of low tuition costs (I pay more in-state in Illinois than I would in Canada) and the excitement of Montreal (living in Chicago is monotous.
