Hey, I'm going into senior year and am a bit nervous. I have about 7 or 8 extra curriculars that I have done between sophomore and junior year because I played football freshmen and sophomore year. I have taken the following AP courses so far: U.S. HISTORY 4 CHEMISTRY 4 MICROECONOMICS 5 MACROECONOMICS 5 SPANISH 5 ENGLISH Lang and Comp 5 I am taking Stats, Calc BC, Bio, Psychology, US. Gov, Comp Gov and English Literature next year. My ACT is a 34 with Eng: 32 Math 33 Read 33 Sci 36 and essay 12 My SAT is a 2200 with CR: 720 MATH: 690 Writing 790 and essay 11 SAT II's: CHEM: 650, MATH: 690, LIT: 690 (Im retaking math and chem from practice tests I'm looking at the 750's for both, also taking German which I anticipate an 800 in since I attended german school for 4 years. I have 3 semesters of straight A's two semester with about 3-4 A's and the rest B's and one sememster where I got a C in Chem and Trig sophomore year. My GPA is 4.45/4.8 and my class rank is 14/500. Unweighted 3.65/4 I was born in a different country and moved here in sixth grade. I barely spoke English and was put in remedial classes. After only a few months. The teachers saw my potential and moved me to all advanced classes.and speak 4 languages fluently. I have also lived in Germany, Belgium and Albania This is my list of colleges tell me which ones Should be safety, reach and whatever the other category is Harvard University Princeton University Yale University Massachusetts Institute of Tech Stanford University of Pennsylvania University of Chicago Northwestern University Vanderbilt University University of California--Berkeley New York University University of Illinois--Urbana-Champaign University of Michigan Please and thank you By what standards is a 34 ACT a low score? @hershey Thanks first of all. Second, what you fail to understand is that there is not such thing as a trade-off between school and a social life. First of all I'm in clubs with people who share the same ideas as myself. I do what I love, I still play xbox, hang out with my friends, date. So I have no idea what ur talking about. @PE2008 Do you suggest these schools as additional back ups or as substitutes?...
